Mumbai, Bengaluru, online or in-house: which fits?
Mumbai (18–21 Nov 2026). Mumbai is the closer of the two classroom cities, a short flight from Indore, and it is also reachable by overnight train. For many Indore participants it is the natural first choice. Plan to arrive the evening before Day 1, because each day starts at 9:00 AM and runs to 6:00 PM for four consecutive days. Bengaluru (9–12 Dec 2026). If November clashes with an audit, a plant shutdown or a semester, the December Bengaluru batch is the alternative. Bengaluru is where Bodhih is headquartered, and there are direct flights from Indore.
Live online. Indore is on IST, so the online batch runs on the standard 9:00 AM–6:00 PM timing. It suits faculty and IT/BPO trainers who already work on screen, and anyone who cannot be away from home for a week. In-house. A pharma or auto plant with several trainers usually gets the best result from an in-house batch at its own site, because participants practise on the SOPs and modules they actually deliver.

The curriculum moves from adult learning — andragogy, Kolb's cycle and Bloom's Taxonomy — to Training Needs Analysis and ADDIE design, then to facilitation and platform skills, questioning and debriefing, handling difficult participants and virtual delivery, and closes with Kirkpatrick evaluation.
