The Bodhih Certified Trainer credential is awarded by Bodhih Training Solutions to participants who attend all four days of the Bodhih Certified Train The Trainer (TTT) Program and pass a recorded, assessed final delivery. It includes a unique credential ID, a LinkedIn digital badge, a competency report across 12 trainer skill areas and a directory listing. Employers can verify it instantly at bodhih.com/verify using the registration number printed on the certificate.
What is the Bodhih Certified Trainer credential?
It is Bodhih's professional credential for trainers who have demonstrated — not just studied — the ability to design, deliver and evaluate training. It is issued by Bodhih Training Solutions Pvt Ltd, a Bengaluru-based training company founded in 2008 that has certified 12,000+ trainers through its TTT and served 2,000+ companies.
The credential is earned only through the 4-day Bodhih TTT curriculum, which is 80% practice. That matters: an attendance certificate shows you were present, whereas this credential shows you were observed, given feedback and assessed on a real delivery.
How the credential is earned
Two requirements apply to every participant, in every format:
- Full attendance. You attend all four days (32+ contact hours). Missed days can be completed through a free transfer to a future batch.
- Practice deliveries. You deliver repeatedly through the program, including a recorded baseline on Day 1, with peer and expert feedback on Bodhih's Trainer Competency Matrix.
- Assessed final delivery. On Day 4 you deliver your redesigned module as your final certification delivery. It is recorded and assessed. Bodhih's faculty are master trainers, each with 10,000+ hours of corporate delivery experience.
- Credential issued. On meeting the requirements, you receive your credential ID, digital badge and competency report.
There are no formal prerequisites to join the program; beginners and experienced trainers both attend. The credential is the same whether you take the classroom, live online, blended or in-house format.

Why a verifiable, assessed credential matters
Because anyone can claim to be a trainer, and an attendance certificate doesn't show whether someone can actually run a session. An assessed credential gives employers, clients and L&D heads evidence of three things:
Method
The trainer has learned structured approaches — andragogy, Bloom's Taxonomy, ADDIE, Training Needs Analysis and Kirkpatrick evaluation.
Performance
They have delivered repeatedly with feedback and passed a recorded final delivery, not just a written test.
Traceability
A unique credential ID lets anyone confirm the certification with Bodhih directly.
For internal trainers, the credential also gives HR a consistent standard when building an in-house faculty, and the competency report provides a starting point for each trainer's development plan.
Freelance trainers use the credential in proposals and on their profiles; the recorded deliveries and competency report give clients something concrete to review alongside it.

Bodhih also maintains a LinkedIn company page you can tag when you post.
How the credential compares with other trainer credentials
The Bodhih Certified Trainer credential is a focused practitioner credential, earned in four days through assessed practice. It is different from longer professional-body qualifications such as those from ATD or CIPD, which serve broader career goals. Our ATD vs CIPD vs Train the Trainer comparison explains when each makes sense. For trainers who later want to certify others, Bodhih's Master Trainer Certification is a natural next step.
