Is the TTT fee good value?
The fee is best judged by what it replaces and what it produces. A few ways to look at it:
- Per hour: ₹40,000 across 32+ contact hours works out to roughly ₹1,250 per hour of small-group, practice-led training — before counting the e-learning, reinforcement journey and coaching session.
- Per output: you leave with a redesigned, ready-to-deliver module of your own content, plus templates to repeat the process for every future module.
- Per trainee reached: an internal trainer who can design and deliver well can run sessions for many colleagues a year, reducing reliance on outside vendors.
- Per credential: the Bodhih Certified Trainer credential is verifiable online, backed by an assessed delivery and a program ranked among the world's top 7 Train the Trainer programs by Technavio.
What the fee does not cover
Travel to the batch city and accommodation are arranged and paid for by you or your employer. If you are travelling for the Mumbai or Bengaluru batch, the venue details shared on registration will help you plan where to stay. Participants who would rather avoid travel altogether can ask about the live online batch.
Corporate and group pricing
Teams get better value. Corporate and group pricing is available on request, whether you send several people to an open batch or run the program in-house.
- Group enrollments in an open batch — useful when 2–5 colleagues need certification at the same time.
- In-house programs at your office or an offsite, on dates that suit you, with activities tailored to your content — see the corporate Train the Trainer program.

Employer sponsorship and the Manager Justification Kit
Most participants have their fee sponsored by their employer. To make the request easy, Bodhih gives you a Manager Justification Kit: an ROI calculation you can adapt to your role and a ready-to-send email explaining the program, its outcomes and the business case. Ask for it when you call or email, and forward it to your manager or L&D head. For a step-by-step plan and two adaptable email templates, read how to get your manager to approve a Train the Trainer course.
