Quick answer

A corporate train the trainer program certifies your own employees to design and deliver internal training. Bodhih runs its 4-day Certified TTT in-house: a needs analysis, a program customised to your content, assessed certification in batches of up to 15, and follow-up support as your new trainers roll training out — onsite anywhere in India and abroad, virtually or blended.

Why companies build in-house trainer capability

Organisations invest in a corporate train the trainer program when learning needs to reach more people, more consistently, than an external vendor can economically deliver. Your subject experts already hold the knowledge; TTT gives them the method to transfer it.

Scale learning

A small group of certified internal trainers can cascade onboarding, product, process and compliance training across plants, branches, shifts and countries.

Consistency

When every trainer uses the same design approach (ADDIE), the same session-plan templates and the same evaluation model (Kirkpatrick), a learner in Pune gets the same quality as one in Chennai.

Cost control

Relying on external trainers for every repeat session gets expensive quickly. Internal trainers make recurring programs affordable and keep content ownership inside the business.

Credibility and context

Employees trust colleagues who know the product, the customer and the culture. Internal trainers bring real examples that no outsider can.

How the in-house Train the Trainer engagement works

The engagement follows four stages, from understanding your needs to supporting your trainers after certification.

  1. Training Needs Analysis (TNA). We speak with HR/L&D and business stakeholders to understand what your internal trainers will teach, who their learners are, and where current training falls short. Participant profiles and existing content are reviewed.
  2. Customised TTT on your content. The core 4-day curriculum — adult learning, instructional design, advanced facilitation and evaluation — is delivered with examples, case studies and practice tasks drawn from your industry. Participants redesign their own modules throughout.
  3. Assessed certification. Each participant delivers a recorded final certification session on your content. Those who complete all four days and meet the standard become Bodhih Certified Trainers.
  4. Cascade support. A 40-day micro-learning reinforcement journey, a 1-on-1 post-program coaching session and design templates help trainers put their new sessions in front of real learners and keep improving.

Group sizes: why batches are capped at 15

Every Bodhih TTT batch, in-house or public, is capped at 15 participants. The program is 80% practice and 20% theory, and each participant delivers multiple sessions and receives peer and expert feedback. Beyond 15, practice time per person drops and feedback becomes superficial.

If you need to certify 30, 60 or more trainers, we plan multiple batches — run back to back, split by function or language of delivery, or phased across regions so business operations are not disrupted.

What HR and L&D teams receive

Beyond certified trainers, HR and L&D get evidence of capability they can use for talent decisions and future planning.

  • Competency reports across 12 trainer skill areas for each participant, based on Bodhih's Trainer Competency Matrix — useful for deciding who leads which programs and who needs more support.
  • Verifiable credentials: a unique credential ID with online verification and a LinkedIn digital badge for every certified trainer.
  • Video recordings of each participant's Day 1 and Day 4 deliveries, showing the before-and-after shift in delivery.
  • Ready-to-deliver modules: redesigned sessions on your own content, built with Bodhih's training design templates (TNA, session plans, participant guides, feedback forms).
  • A shared Trainer's Toolkit of 100+ activities, icebreakers, energisers and debrief templates, so every internal trainer draws on the same resource bank.

Faculty are Bodhih master trainers, each with 10,000+ hours of corporate delivery experience. Bodhih's TTT was ranked among the world's top 7 Train the Trainer programs by research firm Technavio.

Frequently asked questions

What is a corporate train the trainer program?

A corporate train the trainer program is an in-house TTT run for one organisation's employees. Instead of joining an open batch, a company's selected subject experts, managers and L&D staff are trained together on the company's own content, so they can design and deliver internal programs consistently. Bodhih runs its Certified TTT in this format onsite, virtually or blended.

How many employees can attend an in-house TTT batch?

Bodhih caps every batch at 15 participants, including in-house batches. Each participant designs and delivers several practice sessions with feedback, and that is not possible in large groups. Organisations with more trainers to develop run multiple batches, either back to back or phased across locations and quarters.

Can the program be customised to our company's training content?

Yes. The in-house engagement starts with a training needs analysis, and participants work on your own modules — onboarding, product, process, compliance or leadership content — throughout the four days. By Day 4 each trainer delivers a redesigned session from your curriculum as their final certification delivery.

Do in-house participants receive the same certification as open batches?

Yes. Participants who complete all four days and pass the final certification delivery become Bodhih Certified Trainers, with a unique credential ID, online verification, a LinkedIn digital badge and a competency report across 12 trainer skill areas. The standard is identical to public batches.

Where can Bodhih run an in-house Train the Trainer program?

Bodhih delivers in-house TTT onsite in any city in India and across the Middle East, Southeast Asia, Africa, and Australia & New Zealand. It can also run as a live virtual program for distributed teams, or as a blended format that combines virtual and classroom days.

How much does a corporate TTT program cost?

Corporate and group pricing is quoted on request because it depends on the number of batches, the level of customisation, format and location. For reference, the public classroom fee is ₹40,000 + GST per participant. See fees and batches or email solutions@bodhih.com for an in-house proposal.
