About the program
What is the Bodhih Certified Train The Trainer (TTT) Program?
A 4-day, 32+ hour certification that teaches you to design, deliver and evaluate training that changes on-the-job behaviour. It is 80% practice and 20% theory, and ends with an assessed delivery. New to the idea? Read what is Train the Trainer.
Who is the program for?
Corporate and L&D trainers, subject matter experts who teach colleagues, HR and people leaders building internal training capacity, team leads who onboard new hires, and aspiring or freelance trainers.
Do I need prior training experience?
No. There are no formal prerequisites. Beginners get a solid foundation; experienced trainers get structure, feedback on habits they may not notice and a formal credential.
What topics does the TTT curriculum cover?
Adult learning (Knowles' andragogy, Kolb, Bloom's Taxonomy), instructional design (ADDIE, Training Needs Analysis, activity design, storytelling), facilitation (platform skills, 7 types of difficult participants, questioning, virtual training) and evaluation (Kirkpatrick's four levels). What are the timings?
Four consecutive days, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, for 32+ contact hours. Short pre-course e-learning comes before Day 1, and a 40-day micro-learning reinforcement journey follows Day 4.
How many people are in a batch?
Batches are capped at 15 participants, so everyone gets several turns to deliver and receive detailed feedback.
Who are the trainers?

Fees & payment
How much does the course cost?
₹40,000 + GST per participant for public classroom batches. There are no separate charges for materials, meals or certification. Full details are on the fees and upcoming batches page.
What does the fee include?
Four days of training, the participant workbook, the Trainer's Toolkit (100+ activities, icebreakers, energizers, debrief templates), design templates, video of your Day 1 and Day 4 deliveries, lunch and refreshments, pre-course e-learning, the 40-day reinforcement journey, two quarterly masterclass passes, a 1-on-1 coaching session, a reading library and certification.
Is there group or corporate pricing?
Yes, on request — for several colleagues joining an open batch, or for an in-house corporate program on your dates and at your location.
How do I convince my manager to sponsor me?

Certification
How is the certification assessed?
Through performance. You must attend all four days and complete a final certification delivery on Day 4, which is recorded and assessed against the Trainer Competency Matrix.
What do I receive when certified?
The Bodhih Certified Trainer credential with a unique ID and online verification, a digital badge for LinkedIn, a competency report across 12 trainer skill areas, a listing in the Bodhih Certified Trainer Directory and lifetime alumni network access.
How can an employer verify my certificate?
Each credential has a unique ID that can be verified online, so employers and clients can confirm it independently.

Formats & locations
Which formats are available?
In-person open batches, live virtual (online) batches, blended formats and corporate in-house programs on custom dates and locations.
Where are upcoming classroom batches?
Mumbai, 18–21 November 2026 and Bengaluru, 9–12 December 2026. Please check the batch calendar or call +91 99000 11601 to confirm. Venue details are shared on registration.
Do you run batches in other cities?
Yes. The program is also delivered in Hyderabad, Chennai, Pune, Kolkata, New Delhi (NCR), Dubai, Singapore and Saudi Arabia. Open batches there are announced periodically, and in-house programs can run in any city.
Is the online program the same as the classroom one?

Can you train our whole team in-house?
Yes. In-house programs run at your location on your dates, and can be built around your organisation's own training content.

A 40-day micro-learning reinforcement journey, a 1-on-1 post-program coaching session, two quarterly masterclass passes and lifetime access to the alumni network.
What will I be able to do differently?
