Indonesian professionals can earn a Train the Trainer certification through Bodhih's 4-day Certified TTT — known locally as Training of Trainers (TOT) — delivered in-house in Jakarta or any Indonesian city, as a live online batch (Jakarta is 1.5 hours ahead of India), or at an India open batch. Fees are in IDR or USD on request. Batches are capped at 15.

Online timing across Indonesia's three time zones
Indonesia spans three time zones, which matters for a live program. A 9:00 AM–6:00 PM IST online day translates as follows:
- WIB (UTC+7) — Jakarta, Bandung, Surabaya, Medan: 1.5 hours ahead of India, so 10:30 AM–7:30 PM.
- WITA (UTC+8) — Bali, Makassar, Balikpapan: 2.5 hours ahead, so 11:30 AM–8:30 PM.
- WIT (UTC+9) — Papua, Maluku: 3.5 hours ahead, so 12:30 PM–9:30 PM.
For Jakarta-based participants the open IST schedule is workable. For groups in WITA or WIT, or anyone who prefers normal office hours, Bodhih can arrange a dedicated in-house online batch timed to your zone. See how live delivery works on the online TTT page.
Why Indonesian organisations rely on internal trainers
Indonesia is South-East Asia's largest economy and its workforces are spread across thousands of islands. Sending central trainers everywhere is rarely practical, so organisations certify trainers who can carry standards to every branch, plant and site — the essence of TOT.
- Banking and financial services run large branch and agent networks that need consistent product, service and compliance training.
- Telecommunications and digital businesses onboard sales, retail and customer-care teams continuously as products change.
- FMCG and distribution train field sales forces and distributor staff in many provinces.
- Mining, nickel processing and energy depend on rigorous HSE and operational training at remote sites.
- Automotive and manufacturing around Greater Jakarta rely on supervisors and technicians to teach process and quality.
In each case the trainer is often a capable supervisor or specialist who has never been taught how adults learn. Our guide to Training of Trainers (TOT) explains how a cascade keeps the message consistent from Jakarta to the regions.
A note on Indonesian certification schemes
Indonesia has a national professional certification system overseen by BNSP (Badan Nasional Sertifikasi Profesi), and competency certification for trainers is available through licensed certification bodies. The Bodhih Certified Trainer credential is a professional skills certification from Bodhih Training Solutions; it is not a BNSP certificate and Bodhih claims no government recognition in Indonesia. If your role or a regulator requires a particular national certificate, confirm that requirement with the relevant scheme.
Who attends from Indonesia
Typical Indonesian participants are HR and L&D officers at head office, regional training coordinators, bank and telecom academy faculty, HSE officers at mining and manufacturing sites, sales trainers for FMCG distributors, and supervisors who have been asked to teach their teams. There are no formal prerequisites, so experienced facilitators and first-time trainers can learn together. Many organisations deliberately mix head-office and regional trainers in one batch, so that everyone leaves with a shared way of designing and running sessions — which makes the later cascade far more consistent.
What the program includes
The Bodhih Certified Train The Trainer (TTT) Program covers andragogy, Kolb's Experiential Learning Cycle and Bloom's Taxonomy; ADDIE and Training Needs Analysis; platform skills, questioning, handling difficult participants and virtual training; and Kirkpatrick's four levels of evaluation. The Trainer's Toolkit of 100+ activities and the design templates (TNA, session plans, participant guides, feedback forms) are especially useful when you must build programs for many locations. See the full curriculum.
In-house TTT for Indonesian companies
An in-house batch lets you bring together trainers from head office and the regions, at your venue and on your dates, and have each of them redesign a real module — branch onboarding, product launch, SOP or safety training. Faculty are Bodhih master trainers with 10,000+ hours of delivery each, and every participant receives a competency report across 12 trainer skill areas. Subject matter experts new to training may also benefit from Bodhih's SME to certified trainer learning journey. Read how in-house programs are scoped on the corporate TTT page.

Frequently asked questions
Is Bodhih's Train the Trainer program available in Jakarta?
Yes, as an in-house batch at your organisation in Jakarta or any Indonesian city, as a live online batch, or by travelling to an open batch in Mumbai or Bengaluru. No public open batch in Indonesia is currently announced. Email solutions@bodhih.com or call +91 99000 11601 to plan the right option.
What is the Train the Trainer fee in Indonesia?
Fees for Indonesian participants are shared on request in IDR or USD. They depend on whether you choose in-house, online or an India open batch, and on how many participants you have. In-house quotes cover the whole batch of up to 15. Email solutions@bodhih.com with your city, dates and group size.
Is this a BNSP-recognised trainer certification?
No such recognition is claimed. Indonesia's national professional certification agency, BNSP, runs competency certification schemes, including for trainers, through licensed certification bodies. The Bodhih Certified Trainer credential is a separate professional skills certification issued by Bodhih Training Solutions. If a BNSP certificate is required for your role, check that scheme directly.
What time are online sessions in Jakarta?
Western Indonesia Time (WIB, UTC+7) is 1.5 hours ahead of India. A 9:00 AM–6:00 PM IST session runs 10:30 AM–7:30 PM in Jakarta. Central Indonesia (WITA) is 2.5 hours ahead and Eastern Indonesia (WIT) 3.5 hours ahead, so in-house groups often request a dedicated batch timed to their own zone.
Can our trainers practise in Bahasa Indonesia?
Every participant works on a module they actually deliver, so the content is your own. Language arrangements for in-house batches — such as whether practice deliveries can be given in Bahasa Indonesia — should be discussed when you enquire, so faculty and feedback can be planned accordingly.
How many trainers should a large Indonesian company certify?
It depends on how many sites and employees you need to reach. Many organisations start with one in-house batch of up to 15 trainers drawn from head office and key regions, then use them to cascade training. Senior trainers who will coach others can later progress to Bodhih's Master Trainer Certification.
