Trainers in Egypt can earn the Bodhih Certified Trainer credential through Bodhih's 4-day Train the Trainer (TOT) program, taught in English: in-house in Cairo, Alexandria or elsewhere, live online, or at an India open batch. Online days run 6:30 AM–3:30 PM Cairo time until 30 Oct 2026, then 5:30 AM–2:30 PM. Fees are in EGP or USD; batches cap at 15.

Online session times in Cairo, before and after the clock change
Egypt observes daylight saving time, so the gap to India changes during the year. Until DST ends on 30 October 2026, Cairo is on UTC+3, 2.5 hours behind IST. From 30 October 2026, Cairo returns to UTC+2, 3.5 hours behind IST.
| Period | Cairo vs IST | A 9:00 AM–6:00 PM IST day in Cairo |
|---|---|---|
| Until DST ends (30 Oct 2026) | −2:30 | 6:30 AM–3:30 PM |
| From 30 Oct 2026 (standard time) | −3:30 | 5:30 AM–2:30 PM |
Both upcoming India open batches fall after the change, so an online participant joining an IST-timed batch in November or December would start at 5:30 AM. That is a real constraint. For a group of Egyptian trainers, Bodhih can arrange a dedicated online batch timed to Cairo working hours, Sunday to Thursday. See the online TTT page for how live practice and feedback work on screen.
Why Egypt needs strong internal trainers
Egypt has one of the largest workforces in the region and a young population entering work every year. Companies that hire at volume cannot rely on external vendors for every course, so they build internal training teams. The trainers in those teams are usually promoted from the floor: the best agent, the strongest branch officer, the most experienced medical representative.
- Outsourcing and contact centres. Cairo is a major outsourcing hub serving clients in Europe, the Gulf and North America in several languages. New-hire training, product nesting and quality coaching run continuously, and trainer quality shows directly in speed to proficiency and attrition. Our customer service TTT page covers this setting.
- Banking and financial services. Public and private banks, fintechs and insurers run branch, compliance and digital-banking training at scale.
- Telecom. Operators and their retail and contact-centre networks train front-line staff on fast-changing products and plans.
- Pharma and healthcare. Pharmaceutical manufacturers and distributors train medical representatives on products, compliance and detailing, much of it delivered by experienced field staff. The sales TTT page is relevant here.
- FMCG and manufacturing. Consumer goods companies and factories, including around Alexandria's port and industrial zones, train sales forces, supervisors and line operators.
From top performer to trainer: the gap the program closes
Promoting your best agent or rep into a training role is a sensible instinct, but performing a job and teaching it are different skills. New trainers in Egypt tend to show the same patterns:
- Telling instead of building. They explain everything they know, in the order they learned it, and run out of time before learners practise.
- Slides as the session. Content lives on 60 slides rather than in activities, role-plays and checks for understanding.
- No plan for the hard moments. A disengaged cohort, a participant who challenges every point or a group that has heard it all before can derail the day.
- No evidence of results. The course ends with a feedback form, and nobody can say whether behaviour changed on the floor.
The program works on each of these directly. Participants deliver on Day 1, receive structured feedback, redesign their own module using adult learning principles and ADDIE, and deliver again for assessment on Day 4. If you are making that move yourself, our guide for subject experts becoming trainers sets out what to expect.
Training for Arabic-speaking participants, delivered in English
Most Egyptian participants train in Arabic, in English or in both, depending on the client and the audience. The Bodhih Certified Train The Trainer (TTT) Program is delivered in English, including materials, feedback and the final assessed certification delivery, so participants should be comfortable presenting and discussing in English. The skills themselves are language-neutral: designing a session around objectives, running an activity, asking good questions and debriefing transfer straight into Arabic delivery. In contact centres that serve international clients, many trainers already run English sessions and find the practice directly relevant.
Accreditation in Egypt and the Bodhih credential
Egypt has no national licence that corporate trainers must hold to train employees inside a company. In the university sector, a Supreme Committee of Trainers Accreditation under the Supreme Council of Universities handles trainer accreditation. That system applies to university-sector training, not to corporate L&D teams.
The Bodhih Certified Trainer credential is a professional skills certification issued by Bodhih Training Solutions, Bengaluru, and Bodhih does not claim accreditation from any Egyptian government or university body. It certifies that you designed and delivered a session to Bodhih's standard, assessed against the Trainer Competency Matrix. If you need a specific Egyptian accreditation for a university or public-sector role, confirm the requirement with the relevant body first.
Who attends from Egypt
Egyptian participants typically include contact-centre trainers and training managers, bank and insurance trainers, telecom training teams, pharma field-force trainers, HR and L&D specialists, university faculty interested in practical facilitation, and freelance trainers who want a structured credential to show clients. There are no prerequisites. Faculty members may also find the TTT for teachers and faculty page useful.
What the four days cover
Participants work through adult learning (andragogy, Kolb's cycle, Bloom's Taxonomy), Training Needs Analysis and ADDIE design, facilitation and platform skills, questioning and debriefing, handling difficult participants, virtual delivery and Kirkpatrick evaluation. Each participant redesigns a real module and receives peer feedback against Bodhih's Trainer Competency Matrix. The full outline is on the curriculum page.
In-house batches for Egyptian organisations
For a contact centre with dozens of trainers across sites, or a bank with a central academy, an in-house batch certifies up to 15 people at once and uses your own content for practice: a nesting module, a new product, a compliance update or a sales call model. Multinationals with regional hubs in Cairo sometimes include trainers from other Middle East and Africa offices in the same batch. Senior trainers who coach other trainers can move on to the Master Trainer Certification. See how in-house programs are scoped on the corporate TTT page.

Frequently asked questions
Can I get a Train the Trainer certification in Egypt with Bodhih?
Yes. Bodhih runs the program in-house at your venue in Cairo, Alexandria or elsewhere in Egypt, as a live online batch, or at an open classroom batch in Mumbai (18–21 Nov 2026) or Bengaluru (9–12 Dec 2026). No public open batch in Egypt is announced at present. Email solutions@bodhih.com or call +91 99000 11603 to discuss options.
How much does a TOT course cost in Egypt?
International participants pay USD 500 per participant for an open batch in India (non-residential: travel and stay are extra). In-house and online fees for Egypt are shared on request in EGP or USD, because they depend on format, venue and group size. An in-house quote covers a batch of up to 15 participants. Send numbers and dates to solutions@bodhih.com for a written quote.
Is the program taught in Arabic?
No. The program is delivered in English, including materials, feedback and the final assessed delivery, so participants need to be comfortable presenting in English. The skills transfer directly to Arabic sessions, and many Egyptian participants train in both languages at work. Discuss language needs when you request an in-house quote.
Is the Bodhih certificate accredited in Egypt?
No Egyptian accreditation is claimed. There is no national licence for corporate trainers in Egypt. In the university sector, the Supreme Committee of Trainers Accreditation under the Supreme Council of Universities handles accreditation. The Bodhih Certified Trainer credential is a professional skills certification issued by Bodhih after an assessed final delivery.
What time are online sessions in Cairo?
It depends on the date. Until DST ends on 30 October 2026, a 9:00 AM–6:00 PM IST day runs 6:30 AM–3:30 PM in Cairo. From 30 October, it runs 5:30 AM–2:30 PM. Groups can request a dedicated online batch timed to Egyptian working hours instead.
Is it useful for contact-centre trainers in Cairo?
Yes. Contact-centre trainers deliver nesting, product and soft-skills training to large, frequent cohorts. The program strengthens exactly what that demands: designing short practice-led sessions, keeping energy up, handling difficult participants and evaluating whether new hires reach proficiency. Each participant practises on their own module, such as a call-flow or product session.
