Our Train The Trainer Process
Participants learn to use their Analysis and Designing their projects to achieve optimal training effectiveness that complements the session design and allows a natural and systematic development of their project.
Throughout the design process participants keep the learning objectives in mind, remember who the target audience is and add a little creative magic to bring their project to life! Learning that with a strong initial design, participants will find it easier to make their way and move forward towards success.
During the Develop stage, participants learn to put their plan into actions.
Learning to create content, to storyboard text and create any other assets participants will need (e.g. video, audio) to support learning delivery. Participants are encouraged to work on the plan they mapped out in the ANALYSIS and DESIGN stage!
Participants are thought about the importance of Applicability and Implementation of concepts that are planned to meet the learner’s requirement.
The planning stage of implementation includes the method of delivery, testing procedures, learning environment, Pre, and post preparations need to implement the progress plan.
