Pre-course: 7 days e-learning program to enhance participant’s training fundamentals (total 4 hours of learning)
Post course: 8 weeks e-learning intervention which breaks down 7 competencies into 40 micro learning
Since it is a self-study module, it is recommended that you complete 1 micro learning module each day.
There is no additional charges to take up e-learning (pre-training and post-training).
It is highly recommended you complete the e-Learning course for effective results as it focuses on skill reinforcement through micro learning concepts, and this will gradually shift your skills from an unconscious incompetence state to an unconscious competence state in a span of two months with continuous practice.
Our trainer credential is not a placement opportunity, it is a certification program.
Attending any part of the trainer certification, ‘Train the Trainer Certification’ or the ‘Master Trainer Certification’ is not an assurance from Bodhih to get the participant in any kind of permanent or temporary employment opportunity.
You will get the Access to Bodhih’s LMS platform (eLearning module) for two months to reinforce your learning competencies. Also, you will be equipped with our ready to use Training modules as complimentary on 50 soft skills topics
